The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff was driving northbound on Paris Road when the defendant pulled in front of him while attempting to make a left turn onto Vandiver Drive in Columbia, Missouri.  The defendant was cited by Columbia Police for colliding with another vehicle.  The plaintiff in the case alleges that the car wreck left him with a traumatic brain injury.  Traumatic brain injuries (sometimes referred to as “TBIs”) can cause a wide range of aftereffects, including concussion, loss of short-term or long-term memory, and personality changes among others.
