100th Year Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America

Oct. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Saturday, October 16th marked the 100th anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America, Black Rose Productions, Inc. along with Congress Candidate John Gomez were there to help “pitch” the campsite.
    Its was a crisp and windy day filled with rugged boy scouts and their families, participating in events ranging from civil war demonstrations to seminars, to cart racing and even the opportunity to shoot skeet at the shotgun range. The BSA dropped their gear and pitched their tents to form a nostalgic campers getaway deep in the woods of Southaven State Park and reserve in Brookhaven, NY.
   Kim Taylor, representative for the Boy Scouts of America honored Black Rose Productions, Inc., with an opportunity to join the BSA in this milestone celebration.
   As a former boy scout himself, Mr. Tito Batista, President of Black Rose Productions, Inc., along with his Executive Director, Justin Abrams, proudly support the history and significance of the day.
   A few great friends joined BRPI on Saturday. Katherine Alemida, performing artist under BRPI, along with BRPI’s guest of honor, Congress Candidate John Gomez of New York District 2 on Long Island. Mr. Gomes gladly and enthusiastically, jumped at the opportunity to meet the Boy Scouts of America.
   Mr. Batista and Mr. Gomez eagerly introduced themselves to hundreds of members. John Gomez has an unprecedented commitment to the children of America and specifically Long Island. He fully supports extracurricular activities for the countries adolescence and promises as part of his declaration to the people, to concentrate on children and create laws influencing the productivity and communal involvement of America’s youth.
   The Boy Scouts of America should look forward to another 100-year milestone, and continue to positively impact the lives of our children.
