Long Term Rentals in Marbella Continue to Expand

First Property Choice, international property and rental specialist examine why rentals in Marbella continue to increase.

Oct. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- The Marbella property sales market, although better than previous years, continues to perform at a shadow of its former self says First Property Choice, the property company. They cite increasingly poor data available for prospective purchasers to help them get a proper unstanding of pricing. This is leading to many clients opting to rent in the areas they have been thinking of purchasing in.

"Clients don´t have the same amount of transparency available to them as they do in the UK, in terms of actual property transaction data." Says Lea Graham, marketer for First Property Choice. "Instead of jumping in and buying immediately, people are renting in the areas they like, to try and get a better handle on where the property market is and what prices are accurate." She continues, "there are also a lot of great deals for rentals in the Marbella area, an example of which is a 315m2 apartment for rent in Nueva Andalucia for €1800 per month."

This general lack of information is echoed throughout the whole real estate industry in Spain, with many feeling the Ministry Of Housings figures to be totally out of touch with reality. Rentals will continue to be a popular solution for those uncertain of where the market is going, enabling clients to try before they buy and also see exactly what properties are really worth.
