Tubbs Snowshoes Announces New U.S. Sales Manager

Oct. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- SEATTLE, Wash. – Tubbs Snowshoes, a pioneer and global leader in snowshoe design and manufacturing, announced today the promotion of Van Brinkerhoff to U.S. Sales Manager for the company. Brinkerhoff will be responsible for managing the efforts of seven independent sales agencies that sell Tubbs and PowdeRidge snowshoes in the U.S. market.

The promotion complements Brinkerhoff’s continuing role as U.S. Sales Manager for Atlas snowshoe and Madshus ski products within the K2 Sports brand portfolio. With his new position, Brinkerhoff will centralize sales management for Tubbs, PowdeRidge, Atlas, and Madshus. Brinkerhoff will oversee independent sales forces for each brand, and he will help develop a cohesive strategic vision with the respective brand and product development teams.

Brinkerhoff joined K2 Sports in 2006 following ten years as an independent sales agent in the outdoor industry representing an array of highly-respected brands. He was appointed U.S. Sales Manager for Atlas and Madshus, and today’s promotion recognizes Brinkerhoff’s success in driving growth with these brands during the last four years.
