New Free Online Resource for Panic Attack Suffers Launched

Oct. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Approximately 1 in 50 (about 4.5 million individuals in America) suffer with some form of panic attack or anxiety disorder. Worldwide this figure could be as much as 120 million people.

There are many definitions of panic disorder. Nature Magazine defines it as 'An anxiety disorder characterized by paroxysms of overwhelming fear with associated somatic, behavioural and cognitive symptoms.'

Catherine Swan, owner of http://www.curepanicattacks.review4uonline.com/ and a sufferer of panic attacks for over 15 years stated:

"Millions of people across the world suffer from panic attacks. It is not uncommon but it leaves suffers in a permanent state of anxiety. Some suffers have their lives ruined by the disorder and it has significant impacts on both health and social care resources.

"Our intention in launching this website is to give sufferers a resource that provides information and points them to resources that they may not have otherwise have found. Ultimately we are there as a small part of the support mechanism - run by sufferers for sufferers."
