The dedicated indoor cycle room is home to 38 Keiser M3 cycles equipped with RPM monitoring computers. The Keiser M3 cycles operate on the “power” formula (force times velocity equals power) simulating the mechanics of an outdoor ride. The room features stadium-style seating with a bike platform for the instructor and candles lit throughout each session. Plus, there is online booking available for cycle classes and each participant can choose their desired seat.

The yoga and group fitness room holds up to 50 participants and offers a range of classes — from INTRO to Yoga to the more advanced BodyBootcampBoxing. This space can be adjusted to become an intimate candle-filled room for yoga and meditation or it can serve as a functional training playground for circuit-style training with resistance bands, weights and more.

BREATHE has a small retail area for their signature apparel line. It also features other top-quality fitness apparel, yoga mats, and indoor cycling accessories, as well as water and sports drinks. Spa-quality amenities and towel service are provided to all members. Additionally, there are showers and changing rooms available for daily use with a limited number of lockers available for rent on a monthly basis.
