Oct. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Locally owned fitness playground, The Training Box, will be featuring their well-known Strongman competition on Saturday, October 30, 2010. The Strongman competition will consist of several challenging weight-lifting contests such as the axle clean and press, trap bar dead lift, farmers hold and many more grueling contests. The winner of the contests, in each division, will also receive honorable plaques and trophies as a statement of their success.

The event is free admission and family-friendly. There will be raffles, prizes, coupons, and even a celebrity poster signing by former Mr. Olympia. Part of the excitement as well is that Audi Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers and John Marazzi Nissan are co-sponsoring the Strongman competition and will be assisting in the activities and prize give-a-ways.
