Southwest Florida Life Coach, Mary Lynn Ziemer, Announces Corporate Coaching and Team Building

Oct. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Mary Lynn Ziemer, Master Certified Southwest Florida Life Coach and founder of “Living A Joyful Life”, announces Corporate Coaching services and Team Building workshops for area businesses who may be struggling in our current economic climate.
   
Through her Corporate Coaching program, Mary Lynn focuses on interpersonal coaching with business owners and upper level executives. She brings more than 30 years of experience as a successful corporate leader, working with companies ranging in size from 4 to 5,000 employees. The Team Building program engages all employees, helping each person to understand that they are an important component of the success strategy of the business.

“Today’s work environment requires businesses to do more with fewer resources.  Because of this, we are seeing morale begin to lower and stress levels begin to rise,” said Mary Lynn.  “My goal is to help business leaders achieve clarity of vision, improve their leadership skills, identify challenges, and develop action plans to overcome those challenges.  If all employees are working toward common goals, we will see increased productivity and an overall happier work environment.”

In addition to Corporate Coaching, Mary Lynn will also be offering workshop luncheons, open to anyone who would like to experience a “small group” type of Coaching.  The focus is “How to Thrive in a Challenging Economy”, however, these workshops will address all facets of life, from career and financial issues to relationships and health.  Workshop luncheons will begin November 2nd, held from 11:30am-1pm every Tuesday at Miromar Design Center in Estero.
