Oct. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Los Angeles – Los Angeles-based American LegalNet, the premier provider of “Desktop to Courthouse” workflow technologies that reduce risk and minimize cost, today announced it will be working with the Litigation & Practice Support Peer Group of ILTA to bring educational sessions to New York, Chicago and San Francisco in the last quarter of 2010.

The events titled “Increase Efficiency, Minimize Risk and Reduce Cost by Automating Case Management Workflow” will be held in the following cities:

•   New York - October 26, 2010 – hosted by Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, 1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York
•   Chicago – November 10, 2010 – hosted by Latham & Watkins, 233 South Wacker Drive, Suite 5800, Chicago
•   San Francisco - December 1, 2010 – host to be announced at a later date

According to the recently published ILTA 2009 Purchasing Survey, 40 percent of survey respondents planned purchases in 2009/2010 for solutions that include docketing and document management solutions. New demands and advancements in docketing, as an example, have changed the face of automated case management solutions. By integrating all aspects of the case management process, workflow technologies can increase productivity for staff and greatly reduce risk for firms while simultaneously improving client services.

This presentation by American LegalNet will take a look at what a firm needs to consider when looking for a case management system and will offer practical examples of how workflow processes have changed in order to improve risk management and reduce malpractice claims.

“We are very excited to be partnering with ILTA to bring these presentations across the country,” stated Erez Bustan, CEO of American LegalNet. “We have received a great response from past events and look forward to going to even more cities and meeting more ILTA members.”

American LegalNet has previously presented on this topic in Seattle, Minneapolis, New Orleans, and Philadelphia.
