Omnikron To Hold ProMatch Registration At Leadership Summit

Special Program Matches Employers and Volunteer Professionals,
Lets Businesses Hire Professionals Anytime Without Paying Fee

WOODLAND HIILLS, CA, October 18, 2010—Omnikron Systems, Inc., a major sponsor of Real Answers For Tough Times, a leadership summit designed to address the area’s most pressing economic and employment issues, will hold registration during the summit for ProMatch—a special program designed to help businesses in Greater Los Angeles survive and professionals in transition find work. Businesses registering during the summit will be able to hire the volunteer professionals at anytime without paying Omnikron a fee. Professionals in transition get a 50 percent discount on tickets, if they register in advance through CRBN’s Web site (www.crystalriverbusiness.com). Hosted by the Crystal River Business Network (CRBN), Real Answers For Tough Times will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2010, at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The ProMatch offer is good for businesses through 2010. To be eligible, businesses must order tickets through CRBN’s web site by October 25th. They can then register for ProMatch at Omnikron’s booth (#10) during the summit, where they can speak with a consultant about deliverables and needs. Professionals can register for the summit in advance by going to CRBN’s website. Once there, they should select the “Buy Tickets” tab and then the “Professionals In Transition” button.  Professionals can list their skills, employment history and other information at Omnikron’s booth.  Omnikron will not accept applications from professionals after October 30.

Businesses can use volunteers on a professional level project for up to three months. Both parties must agree on the project to be worked on and the deadline for the project before work starts. Businesses participating in ProMatch must provide quick on boarding for volunteers, weekly status meetings, specific contact people, and a letter of recommendation when the project ends.

“Omnikron is partnering with CRBN to help kick-start the local economy by generating momentum, which we believe is the key to resolving this crisis. With ProMatch everyone benefits. Businesses can hire experienced, skilled workers who can address mission-critical projects, cut costs, and get quality work completed on time for free. Volunteers get a chance to showcase their skills, add new engagements to their resumes, and expand their personal networks,” says Robin Borough, executive vice president, Omnikron Systems, Inc.

Crystal River Business Network is a community of Christian business owners, leaders, and professionals. Real Answers For Tough Times is CRBN’s first event. Keynote speakers include Mike Rovner, a successful entrepreneur and businessman and the head of Mike Rovner Construction, a $50 million construction company, as well as Tim Redmond, CPA, head of the Redmond Leadership Institute, who grew his company from two employees to 450 in a few years. Dr. Robert Harrison, founder of Increase Online, a best-selling author, and a leading financial breakthrough expert, and Ronnie Doss, an international speaker and author, are also speaking.

General admission tickets for the summit are $35.00 each. Preferred tickets are $45 each. Professional in Transition tickets are $15 each. Group discounts and VIP bundles are also available as are sponsorships and exhibit space. To obtained a ticket, exhibit at the summit, or become a sponsor, go to CRBN’s website or get in touch with Mark Borough, chairman and president, Borough Wealth Management Organization at (818) 307-2985.
