The band will be on tour starting October 23rd in Olympia, WA until November 15th in order to promote their new 7” record “Normal Never Happened” (released in August Fan Death Records). Award winning filmmaker and drummer Kanako Wynkoop and guitarist Jon Hannah of SISTERS (Parts Unknown Records) combined with the power of bassist Abigail Ingram of CONGRATULATIONS make up the band BROKEN WATER. The band often plays with found film footage or experimental video shot by Kanako Wynkoop looping almost subconsciously in the background. In August of 2009 they self released a two track 7 inch with DIY letterpress packaging and a 6 song demo CD. In March 2010 the full length "Whet" was released on vinyl by Night People, and on CD by Radio is Down.
