Health and Wellness Seminar at the Flagship Enterprise Center
Anderson, Ind. - Dr. Gary Young will give a personal health and wellness seminar at the Flagship Enterprise Center on Tuesday, October 19 from 9-11 A.M. The seminar will provide attendees with practical tips on how to live healthier lives and is based on Dr. Young’s 31 years of experience as a chiropractor.
Dr. Young will begin with a question and answer time to address attendees’ specific health concerns.  He will introduce wellness concepts and demonstrate a variety of practical activities and procedures such as how to stretch without hurting yourself and how to relax and strengthen muscles using balls and rubber bands.
   
Dr. Young will also emphasize posture analysis and how poor posture is often a reason why people experience pain or feel ill. He will also touch on other topics such as learning how to listen to your body and how important it is to address minor pains before they become major health problems.

According to Dr. Young, people should attend the event if “they want to learn to take better care of themselves and to learn what to do and what not to do to prevent, stop and control pain and other symptoms.”

The seminar is limited to the first 20 people. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register early.
The cost is $29 per person or $25 each if two or more register together.
