Traders can watch live the professional traders screen setup, hear him making trades in crystal clear audio and buying and selling foreign currency pairs as they are made in the market.  No backtesting, no paper trading the markets or using a demo account.  These are live trades in the market as they are happening and people in the room watch alongside the trader.
