Oct. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- As a local studio committed to teaching and mentoring students at all levels of jewelry making, Whaley Studios, in the Hillcrest district of San Diego, will be hosting a 'meet and greet' open house & networking event for all those interested in the art and craft of jewelry making.

Whaley Studios produces exceptionally talented students. Our most recent success story is Akino Tsuchiya, concept car designer (Chrysler's 'Akino') turned jeweler, who from the date she first walked in the studio, to the date of her first sales via the 'elite collection' at Taboo Studio, approximated an 8 month end to end experience.
