The new headquarters office is located at 10100 Santa Monica Boulevard, Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA in the Century City section of LA.

Casa Latino began operations as a single real estate office in Connecticut in 2005 and began franchising in the fall of 2006. Despite the economy and housing crisis, the company has grown its platform in several key markets since beginning franchise sales efforts.

The company is executing an aggressive growth strategy in California as well as several other states as it restructures its system to better equip qualified agents with the tools needed to build their real estate business.
