Acquisition of a shareholding in the Swiss company, CipherTec SA

Oct. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- According to the Alyotech management team, “this operation is the beginning of a new cycle of acquisitions in the framework of our strategy, which consists of growing our presence in Francophone countries. This acquisition will enable us to increase the group’s service portfolio whilst benefiting from Swiss skills notably in the security area.”


CipherTec SA is a young company founded by Mr. Alexander Dougan. It is an information technology company specialising in Cloud Computing, virtualization, IT security, storage and disaster recovery solutions.


Mr. Dougan’s previous experience has allowed CipherTec SA to develop rapidly, particularly in the financial, health, and international organizations sectors. Geographically, CipherTec is planning to cover both francophone and germanophone cantons before expanding internationally. “Given Alyotech group’s reputation for excellence, it is our belief that this partnership will accelerate our development, and that we will rapidly become one of the major players in our sector” stated the President of the Board of Directors.
