A Warm Welcome to a New Home
Home energy-saving specialist, Mark Group and leading national and international removals and storage company, Pickfords have partnered to help home-movers save money on their heating bills this winter.

Information on the benefits of having cavity wall and loft insulation installed by Mark Group is being offered to anyone who receives a home-moving quote from Pickfords, or who visits the Pickfords website – with the potential of saving them up to £255* each year on their heating bills.
The partnership is being announced as outside temperatures start to fall and homeowners switch on their heating systems for the winter months ahead. For anyone who is about to move house however, they will be unaware of how high their heating bills could be in their new home, without adequate insulation installed.
Martin Corry, Mark Group Partnership Director, said: “Insulation will often be one of the last things people think about when they move house. At this time of year however, it shouldn’t be ignored as even a top up on loft insulation could save them hundreds of pounds on their future energy bills - something which is always a little unknown when moving in to a new property.”
Some eight million properties across the UK could benefit from cavity wall insulation, with many more requiring additional insulation in their loft, to meet current Government standards (270mm is recommended*)
John Denton, National Sales Manager for Pickfords, said: "We are delighted to introduce such a useful product to our customers. Moving home is an excellent time to rethink the cost of heating and utilities and we think that the Mark Group's products will offer real benefits to home-movers.”
Cavity wall and loft insulation are quick to install by trained technicians and properties can be surveyed free of charge by Mark Group.
