Oct. 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Zanette Construction Co., LLC, a Florida construction company, announces the commencement of a new construction and renovation project for the Esplanade Club in Naples, FL.  The Esplanade Club is a premier Naples residential community, featuring a 121 unit high rise condominium on 4 ½ acres of prime beachfront property.

The project includes a total renovation of the Esplanade Club pool deck, featuring the installation of travertine pavers and a new landscaping layout.  In addition, the project includes a complete renovation of the pool and pool house, outside gazebo, and surrounding area, as well as the new construction of an outdoor spa, kitchen, and fireplace.  The Esplanade Club renovation project is slated for completion by December 6, 2010.
