Local Physician Turns to Technology For Latest Innovations in Cosmetic Enhancement

Oct. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- He’s no George Jetson, but he does give him a run for his money.  Local physician, Dr. Michael Escobedo of Escobedo Esthetics, continues to look to the latest innovations and techniques in the plastic surgery world for his Austin, TX practice.

Since 1999, Dr. Michael Escobedo has been one of the most technology forwarded physicians in cosmetic improvement and body sculpting.  In the beginning of his career, he was a pioneer in using photo-dynamic therapy, which was previously used for treating cancer, to control and eliminate cystic acne, and in offering cosmetic silicone therapy to patients suffering from HIV induced lipoatrophy.

Recently, he has turned to “green” cosmetic solutions including fat grafting as fat grafting as an alternative to implants and the Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix found in human blood for as an alternative to Botox.  Dr. Escobedo has currently attended the World Congress on Liposuction Surgery, taught by the most prestigious liposuction surgeons in the World.
