Oct. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Our engine does more than any other engine in the World, that’s why its called the World’s Most Advanced Engine.

First of all, it has a variable displacement design (sometimes called variable stroke). It gets extra economy because it virtually becomes a small engine when low power is needed than becomes a large powerful engine when more power is needed.  This continual size adjustment is where major economy comes from.  You never have an engine larger than you need! That’s something that no other engine can effectively do. It can also quickly adjust to run on all available fuels, like high or low octane gasoline, ethanol, diesel, bio-diesel and fuels not yet invented.

It can also be constructed as a Rotary engine.  Both versions get extra power and use special adjustments to make turbo charging more effective.  It is not necessary to use cylinder deactivation to get full economy as the engine can shrink to less than half of its full displacement and still run perfect yet get fantastic fuel economy.

The basic version has been tested by the University of Michigan.  The test number is ICES2009-76113.  We will try to put a link to that test here.  If not just search for test number and click on the website report.  Read  for yourself the complete ASME test results.

In summary, it was concluded that our basic variable stroke engine can get 20 percent more economy than the conventional engines now being used.

Our goal in design is to make all components simple and at the same time make them with the ability to be strong and trouble free.  While our engine does more features than anyone ever dreamed of, it can still excel in strength which means a long trouble free service.

While our engine was originally designed as a variable displacement ROTARY engine, we have not promoted the Rotary version.  Therefore,  the University of Michigan was not aware it could also be constructed as a rotary.  So the rotary version has not yet been tested.

The rotary version is also variable displacement but additionally converts all the energy going to constantly reversing the pistons’ stroke to useable power.  We expect the test on the Variable Displacement ROTARY engine to give us fuel economy totaling 35 to 40 percent more than any conventional engine. The rotary version is also faster and smoother.

The  computerized ASME test is well established in mechanical engineering circles it’s somewhat complex and actually runs the engine inside a computerized environment.  The ASME test shows expected results before the engine is physically constructed.

The Hefley Engine website, was designed to completely explain our engine in great detail.  We have many 3-D examples showing it in operation and exactly how various components actually work. Our patented design is carefully explained in an area called The Hefley Workshop.

We have only recently revealed details about the Rotary version.  There is only one operating rotary model on the website and if you go to the following page you will be given instructions on how to get to the secret location demonstrating the Rotary in operation:  The page to look for is:    A NEW KIND OF ENGINE.

Mr. Hefley is anxious to get the engine in operation and start saving billions of gallons of our natural fuel reserves.  A small amount of publicity should make this all possible.

Mr. Hefley is available for select radio and TV interviews.  He can usually be reached at his ranch in Arizona at 602 705 9562.
