Podcast Takes Message of Better Travel to Television

The popular travel podcast The Crew Lounge is taking their message of stress free and enjoyable airline travel to daytime television.

Oct. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- Sara Pinto Keagle and Bobby Laurie, hosts of The Crew Lounge and full time flight attendants, are traveling the country visiting local television programs to pass along their best tips and tricks to ensure viewers enjoy their travels.

“Who better to show you how to travel efficiently than the people who travel all the time,” said Laurie, author of the book Planely Speaking: Inflight Insight from Thirty Thousand Feet. “We’re also trying to bridge the communication gap between flight attendants and passengers to create a better travel experience for everyone,” added Keagle, author of the blog The Flying Pinto. “Stress free travel starts with knowing the facts and that’s what we’re here to give you,” concluded Laurie.

Laurie and Keagle have been podcasting since January 2010. After gaining instant notoriety in the New York Times’ Freakonomics section The Crew Lounge has taken off and produced thirty three episodes to date creating over twenty hours of content.

The pair will be appearing on the nationally syndicated television show Daytime on Monday, October 4th as well as appearing on Cleveland, Ohio based talk show Good Company airing live on Wednesday, October 6th at 11am EST.
