Enroll Two For The Price Of One, During “Bring A Friend Week” At Extreme Bodyshaping

Oct. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Extreme Bodyshaping is designed to help participants achieve a higher level of fitness and improved health in just 10 weeks. Low enrollment fees, group classes and a 10 week $1,000 prize make this program extraordinary.

Classes are forty-five minutes long and are offered early morning or evening, Monday - Saturday.  Kickboxing is offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and resistance band training on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, participants are encouraged to attend all six. A personalized nutrition plan is also provided for students to follow to help ensure their success.

Prior to the start of the program participants are measured and evaluated on their fitness level.  At the end of week five they are assessed to help track their progress and then re-evaluated at the end of week ten.  The individual with the best overall transformation is awarded a $1,000 grand prize.  So far two women have been awarded the grand prize and another winner will soon be announced at the end of this month.

The next session begins November 6, 2010.  Anyone looking to improve their health and fitness level can participate.  Those under the age of 18 can do the program with parent consent and those under 16 with a registered adult. The XB program is surprisingly affordable and includes gloves, wrist wraps, a XB course manual to log workouts and meals, plus three fitness evaluations.  Cost for the ten week program starts at $369.00.
