Freedom Grill merger rescinded

Oct. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Due to contractual agreements not being achieved, the transaction between Freedom Grill, Inc. and Exosphere Aircraft is being rescinded.  Both companies will operate as separate entities exactly as they were prior to the  agreement.
