Baton Rouge Area Environmental Professionals Look Forward to Advanced Mold Diagnostic Solutions

Sept. 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Dr. Jason Dobranic  is scheduled to speak in Baton Rouge, LA at a seminar dedicated to helping indoor air quality (IAQ) professionals understand advanced sampling techniques for fungi.  Topics will include fungal cultures, PCR, allergens, glucans, mVOCs, mycotoxins and more.

The workshop is scheduled for November 23rd at the Holiday Inn on Constitution Avenue in Baton Rouge, LA.  The course is also being offered in Cherry Hill, NJ, San Bruno, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Naperville, IL, Houston, TX and Dallas, TX.  Currently the course is approved for 8 continuing education credits from the America Council for Accredited Certifications (ACAC), 1.09 ABIH CM Points from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) and 0.50 CEU’s from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

During the workshops attendees will be taught to understand the pros and cons of each sampling and analytical technique and how to interpret the data and apply it to IAQ investigation strategies.
