Sept. 30, 2010 - PRLog -- AAEQ's Scott Stolberg Is A Panelist For
2010 International Big R Show Seminar on Green Marketing
Will include participation by Keith Partridge of MEDC and Tom Marx of The Marx Group

(Las Vegas-NV) - Scott Stolberg, president and CEO of AAEQ® Manufacturers and Recyclers, is a panelist for the seminar "Green Marketing - Make it Your Business" during the 2010 International BIG R Show in Las Vegas, Nev. The presentation is designed to help diesel engine and small parts remanufacturers understand how to promote their company’s green assets as a way of improving the bottom line.

Stolberg will provide perspective on how AAEQ transformed its business through strategic marketing initiatives. Once known as simply a supplier of engine and transmission cores, Stolberg will explain how AAEQ is now known as a leading green company through its full-service automotive salvage and scrap recycling business.

Panelist Keith Partridge, president, McAllen Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) will talk about his agency's "Green Campaign" using mass customization, rapid response manufacturing, warranty repair, product remanufacturing and product reuse to increase profit from a product’s lifecycle. He will explain how manufacturing companies in the McAllen, Texas-Reynosa, Mexico area continue to find ways to reduce energy and product consumption while reusing and recycling wherever they can.

The panel will be moderated by Tom Marx, president and CEO, The Marx Group, who has helped several clients, including AAEQ, begin green marketing campaigns. Marx says green marketing is not just a PR campaign, it is good for business.

“In this seminar our panel will help remanufacturers learn why green marketing makes good financial sense," explained Stolberg, "along with practical ways that remanufacturers can implement green marketing into their company's overall marketing strategy."

"Green Marketing - Make it Your Business" is scheduled for Sunday, October 31 from 1 pm to 2 pm at the Las Vegas Hilton. You must be registered to attend the International Big R Show to participate in the seminar. For more information on the show, phone (703) 968-2772 or visit www.BigRShow.com.
