Oct. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- The Charlotte Roller Girls (CLTRG) league celebrates the Halloween season and plays its final intraleague bout on October 17, 2010.  The event will be a roller derby monster mash as Charlotte plays as "Vampires vs. Werewolves." The entire league will be participating in the costumed fun, held at Kate’s Skating Rink in Gastonia.

The Vampires vs. Werewolves bout will be the last chance to catch the Charlotte Roller Girls on a home track in 2010 and will also be the last intraleague bout of the season. According to the All-Stars Captain and fan favorite, Rosie Cheeks (Rosemary Gardner), “One of the great things about intraleague is that fans get the chance to see twice as many Charlotte Roller Girls bouting.  And skaters take the competition seriously, so get ready for some aggressive, hard-hitting action!”

Advance tickets can be purchased from your favorite Charlotte Roller Girl and at The Common Market for $8 Adults and $4 Children. Tickets are also available on the day of the bout at Kate's Skating Rink (Hudson location) for $10 Adults and $5 Children 6-12 years old. Kids age 5 and under are FREE!  The doors open at 6:00 PM and the bout begins at 6:30 PM.
