Sept. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- CHICAGO, IL – Nextpoint, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of cloud-based legal technology products, announced today  that they will be presenting at the Chicago Association of Litigation Support Managers (CALSM) Symposium, “Contemporary Issues in Electronic Discovery,” held September 30th at the Union League Club in Chicago. The event is geared to attorneys, paralegals and litigation support managers involved with the e-discovery process.

Nextpoint CEO, Rakesh Madhava, will be participating in a panel discussion titled “Do It Yourself” during the 4:15-5:15 breakout. This presentation will discuss the aspects of e-discovery that law firms may benefit from bringing in-house.

Nextpoint Director of Marketing and Communications, Michael Beumer, will be presenting from 3:00-4:00 on “Cost Savings/Alternative Cost Arrangements.” He will be part of the panel that will further explore cost saving measures and alternative pricing models for the e-discovery life cycle, from collection through production.
