Sept. 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Looking for the perfect Oktoberfest celebration in Westchester County? The Tap House in Tuckahoe celebrates all things German with a traditional Oktoberfest featuring beer, brats, and brew-ha-ha September 26–October 2.

A special menu full of German delicacies is featured, with premium German beers chosen for the occasion. Chef Kevin Bertrand has developed a creative German menu including Bavarian sausages bratwurst, knockwurst and kielbasa, as well as weiner schnitzel with braised napa cabbage, granny smith apples and bacon port wine sauce. Chef Bertrand works similar magic with duck schnitzel, braised cabbage, raisins, and orange gastrique.

Live German Music at The Tap House Thursday, September 30

German music will fill the restaurant with traditional, festive song and dance on Thursday, Sept. 30, from 8:30-11:30. Come eat, drink and be merry with Oktoberfest music fans know and love, and newcomers will waltz away humming.
