Soco Unplugged Announces Inaugural Music Fest

Sept. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- What:  Soco Unplugged Music Fest presents inaugural event in the heart of the Russian River. Get unplugged and relax while listening to four awesome bands, enjoying delicious food, tasting incredible Russian River wines and mingling with great people all in one place. Performing at the first SoCo unplugged:

Natalia Zukerman (www.nataliazukerman.com) - She recently performed at Lilith Fair boasts rich layers of top notch guitar playing, contemporary beats and dark, sweet and provocative vocals.

Tom Freund (www.myspace.com/tomfreundmusic) - He appeared on Carson Daily and with seemingly effortless ease he delivers conversational lyrics and mellifluous melodies.

Raining Jane (www.rainingjane.com/home.rj) - an eclectic rock-folk band based in Los Angeles they have become a notable example of independent success in the music industry, while simultaneously carving their own niche artistically.

Heather Combs (www.myspace.com/heathercombssolo) - An artist that has risen to the top as one of San Francisco's finest her music has a raw magnetism that pairs well with songs that are rare and captivating.

When:  October 17th from 2 PM – 7 PM.

Where:  boon hotel + spa, 14711 Armstrong Woods Road, Guerneville, CA, 95446.

Food:  Killer pulled pork sandwiches with homemade chips and slaw served up by boon's own Crista Luedtke out of an Airstream mobile food truck.

Wines:  Russian River Wine tasting ($10/person) including Thomas George Estates, Moshin Vineyards and more.
