This could just be a muscle strain, spondylosis, or an injury to the spine. At times, unusual gait of the lower limbs is seen. This, however, is in cases of acute inflammatory conditions. The spinal cord is made up of thirty vertebrae. These give movement and support your body’s posture round the clock. Simultaneously lateral hamstring muscles are flexibly articulated allowing the body to move through specific angular limits. Any serious injury to the back calls for an emergency situation.

The human body is attuned to move, stretch, twist, roll, jump, walk, and exercise in a great number of ways. It is the vertebrae of the spinal cord and associated muscles that enable all the aforementioned movements to be carried out with ease. However, with age and unforeseen situations, at times, the back begins to ache.
