Free Health and Beauty Webinar by a Japanese Woman Doctor to Give Anti-aging and Fitness Tips

Sept. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Dr. Hisayo Grace, a Japanese female doctor and scientist, is hosting a free health and beauty webinar series  “Dr. Grace – The Secrets of Japanese Health and Beauty” to share her knowledge and experience of 25+ years of career in the pharmacy and cosmetic research and development fields both in Japan and the U.S.

Dr. Grace, who has just started her blog “Secrets of Japanese Health and Beauty” will share her expertise regarding healthy lifestyle and will offer in-depth information on various topics through this series of online events, which is open to everyone.

The first session of the series will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 1:00PM (PST) and she plans to hold this event at least once a month or more frequently.
“the Japanese traditional lifestyle and diet has had a lot to do with their having the longest life span on the planet,“ explains  Dr. Grace, “in this series of webinars, not only will I probe the particular healthy habits and diets of the Japanese, but I will also introduce important facts about nutrition and our body's mechanisms that  apply to everyone and yet are not known  or are incorrectly understood and applied.

“I grew up in Japan. I worked there and here in the U.S. as a scientist and researcher, in my career and personal life, having experienced both worlds (Japan and U.S.), I have the advantage of understanding what makes Japanese live healthier and longer” says Dr. Grace. “Having lived in the US for over 20 years, I am still surprised today to see how little knowledge Americans have concerning the Japanese lifestyle and diet which are definitely keys  to their longevity and low obesity rate. I feel compelled to share the REAL secrets of healthy living with many Americans who are struggling to stay young and healthy but are not often successful due to lack of specific knowledge.”

The first session of Dr. Grace Webinar Series is titled “Supplement and Cosmetics – Correct Choice and Usage”.
