Lee & Associates Closes $4 Million Industrial Sales Transaction in Anaheim

Sept. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $4 million sales transaction for a 45,250-square-foot industrial building located at 5500 La Palma Ave. in Anaheim, Calif.

Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates Orange represented the buyer, Belt Drives, Ltd.  who made the move from Orange. Ben Seybold and Sean Ward of CB Richard Ellis Anaheim represented the seller, Cardinal Self Storage. The building was vacant prior to the sale and was occupied by Belt Drives, Ltd. in May this year.

According to Miller, Belt Drives, Ltd. will be using the property for its corporate offices, manufacturing and distribution operations. “The location was ideal and the building’s amenities made the property and move to Anaheim that much more appealing to the buyer.”
