Wedding Dress Competition Winner Announced
Leicester-based Tailoring firm announces the winner of the bespoke wedding dress worth £3000
By: Tank PR
Scores of brides-to-be voted to name ‘Jessica Farringdon Brides’, but 28 year old Holly Bradford from Nottingham took the prize by backing the overall winning name. Eight names were shortlisted for the new business and displayed in Tailoring UK’s high street stores in Leicester and Cambridge. Brides voted for their favourite name, and staff counted the votes, chose the name, then picked the winning bride from those who selected the winning name.
Personnel professional Holly, who plans to marry her web designing fiancé Nathan Towers (28) in an intimate ceremony in July 2012, said: “This is a dream come true, I can’t believe how lucky we are to have won! We don’t have a big budget for the wedding dress so this is incredible.
“I very rarely wear dresses and Nathan is always saying that he would like to see me in dresses more often, so it’s really important to me for him to be blown away when he sees me in my wedding dress.”
Jessica Farringdon Brides is owned by Ketan and Harsha Jethwa, Harsha commented: “We remember when Holly came in to the shop a few weeks ago and entered the competition. She is a lovely girl and we hope that she is very happy with her bespoke wedding dress. We wish the happy couple all the best for their married life.”
Ketan added, “We are pleased to now be able to offer our customers a full range of outfits for the whole wedding party, as there is nothing quite like getting involved and playing a part in helping a couple enjoy what should be the best day of their lives.”
Jessica Farringdon Brides garments are currently available from the company’s outlets in Leicester and Cambridge as well as online at www.jessicafarringdon.co.uk . The range will also be displayed at the National Wedding Show in October.
Tailoring UK launched Jessica Farringdon Brides last month.
