Actor Ken Davitian Joins Jury At The ARPA/AFFMA International Film Festival

BORAT star to judge film submissions at 13th Annual Arpa International Film Festival

Sept. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA, September 20- Actor Ken Davitian will be one of the esteemed judges at the 13th Annual Arpa International Film Festival at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood September 21st  through 26th, 2010.

In 2007, Davitian received the prestigious Career Achievement Award for his comedic performance in BORAT at the festival.  This year, he will be joining Scott Davis, Geoff Yim, Valerie McCaffrey, Georges N. Chamchoum, Helene E. Hagan, Laurent Morlet and Frank Guttler on the jury. The jury is comprised of an actor, an academic, a film distributor, an agent and film producers. Davitian will also be an award presenter.  

“I am privileged to be a part of the jury this year.” said Ken Davitian. “I am looking forward to seeing great films and hope that my years of experience in the film industry will be beneficial to the festival and the filmmakers.”

Filmmakers from all over the world will be present at the festival. The festival will display over 40 films from 25 different nations. The festival will be highlighting the cultural diversity of Francophonie and French language films from around the world.
