RCI and Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket increase support of the Timeshare Association, TATOC

The Timeshare Association (Timeshare Owners and Committees), known as TATOC, has announced two new sponsors for its recently launched sister website Sharetimemagazine.com. The website is home to the Association's quarterly magazine, Sharetime.
 
Sept. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- The Timeshare Association (Timeshare Owners and Committees), known also as TATOC, has announced today two new sponsors for its recently launched sister website Sharetimemagazine.com. The website is home to the Association's quarterly, digital magazine Sharetime.

Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket and RCI Europe have become annual sponsors of the magazine’s dedicated website and have also chosen a number of advertising opportunities both on the site and in the quarterly magazines. They join Merlin Software for Vacation Ownership and the Holiday Letting Shop who are also sponsoring the website.

“We are delighted that two companies who already support TATOC have extended this to our new magazine and website. We are very excited about the magazine now it is in digital format and really believe it will reach more timeshare owners and perspective buyers” said Harry Taylor, TATOC CEO.

Dimitris Manikis, RCI’s Vice President, Europe & Middle East Business Development, added “RCI has long supported the efforts of TATOC and the Sharetime website and magazine are a great way for us to get our message across to timeshare owners”.

The Timeshare Association recently announced that Sharetime, its official quarterly magazine, will be available in digital format only and accessible from its own dedicated website. The next edition of the magazine is due for publication later this month, September 2010.

“The aims of the magazine remain the same - providing the latest timeshare and holiday news to timeshare owners and helpful information to active owners who give up their time to sit on resort committees. We hope this magazine will stimulate members to become more active and support their resorts. The digital version means we can spread a positive message of the benefits of timeshare to more people than ever before” explained Mr Taylor.

Other companies supporting Sharetime over the following weeks are Macdonald Resorts who are utilising the banner advertising opportunities, Pace Financial Limited who are providing the latest reader competition and Resort Solutions Limited who are using the website’s Special Offers section to promote their winter season holidays.

James Shattock explained why they have chosen to support Sharetime “We provide resorts with a free maintenance fee collection service so Sharetime is an ideal way for us to reach our target market of owner committee and management companies directly”.

TATOC represents over 80 resorts and has access to over 275,000 timeshare families throughout Europe. The aim of the Sharetime magazine is to provide a positive image of the industry to both timeshare owners and the general public. Sharetime magazine will support TATOC’s aims to secure the future of a legitimate industry for its members to continue to enjoy, protect them from scammers and to encourage new ownership. The new digital format allows this message to be spread even further. There is a direct link to the dedicated Sharetime website and the magazine from the TATOC website, www.timeshareassociation.org.
