Ashmar is pleased to announce a Patent Agent Training Program commencing from 16th October, 2010  that will guide and equip you to qualify the Patent Agent Examination to be conducted by Government of India in Jan-2011. A patent agent is someone who is authorized by the Government of a country to act for or in place of someone applying for a patent or doing other business with the patent office.

To meet this workload, 1,380 posts are proposed to be created, including 617 examiners, 157 controller for patents and designs and 53 registrars for trademarks"
