Hello and welcome to the 'Official Plans For Wood Boats And More'  best wood for boat building press release information and review page. For boat builders that are experienced, selecting the proper wood for your particular boat is obviously important. We know that certain wood will make the boat that we build that much better- with a much higher quality.

But for beginners- it may be tough to know which boat is the best wood for boat building. With so many different types of boats and so many different types of  wood to use for building boats, we must be able to get the best information possible BEFORE WE BUILD OUR BOAT.

For example, if your boat is a drift boat or a more simple version of boat, then you may not need wood that is too expensive or solid. But for some boats, its important to use boat wood that is more flexible - you see, it all depends on:

1.WHAT the boat will be used for
2.WHERE the boat will be used
3.WHO will be using the boat
4.AND most importantly, what type of boat we will be building.
