Sept. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Le Méridien Amman, a subsidiary of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, has recently announced the completion of the one-month remodeling project of its famous Japanese restaurant Benihana.

The renovation project, which is one of many others such as the Grand Ballroom and the façade, emphasized on showcasing the most stylish Japanese décor, both on the interior and exterior of the restaurant, engaging the guest in a total immersion experience.  Creative artwork, inspired from Le Méridien’s passion points in art, architecture, fashion and cuisine add a lasting impression, along with rich colors, a refreshing water feature and natural bushes.

The menu includes a wide selection of fresh sushi and sashimi, crispy tempura, tender Teppanyaki, succulent seafood, and juicy meat and is changed frequently, taking into consideration what is fresh and in season. First-class Tofu has been also added to the menu to complement the authenticity of the world chain.  The chefs pride themselves on using solely top quality ingredients to create the most exquisite and appetizing dishes, cooked and served right before your eyes.

“We are thrilled to reopen our Benihana doors for our loyal and new guests,” said Mr. Giuseppe Ressa; General Manager.  “Our chefs are eager to present the tastiest dishes, our associates are keen on delivering exceptional service, all in a memorable and fashionable ambiance.”

It is worth mentioning that Benihana will continue to serve “all you can eat sushi” on Tuesdays and Teppanyaki Nights on Thursdays.
