Training For The Patent Agent Examination

Sept. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Global Institute of Intellectual Property announces a training program to help ‘Prepare for the Indian Patent Agent Examination, an examination conducted by the Indian Patent Office (to learn more about the examination, please visit the URLs - http://www.patentoffice.nic.in , http://ipindia.nic.in/ipr/patent/patents.htm (look up FAQ no. 46 - 50)).

The course will be conducted in class room mode for six (6) full days (Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM) at GIIP’s Delhi and Bangalore centres. The curriculum for the said course has been designed and will be delivered by outstanding professionals, patent agents and attorneys, PTO officials with rich teaching, research, industry and consulting experience. The training will comprise of interactive sessions with trainers including group discussions, self learning exercises, simulations, case studies, scenario exercises, solving previous year papers, etc. The focus will be to deliver content that will surely help the participant to pass the Patent Agent Examination.

Graduates, Post Graduates with Science, Engineering or technology degrees can apply for the course. Participants should possess good communication and writing skills, should be capable of understanding the technical concepts and processes.
