By: Wellons Communications The campus is now offering a new Pastry Arts Diploma Program (http://www.remingtoncollege.edu/ Students in the Pastry Arts Diploma Program will have the opportunity to: • Learn how to create and artfully present breads, cakes and pastries. • Gain hands-on experience in both labs and the school’s modern commercial kitchen. • Develop the skills to turn baking into a fun and challenging potential career. 2 The Culinary Arts Degree Program is led by Executive Chef Robert Bifulco, who shares 40 years of restaurant experience with his students. “Our new pastry art program is a great option for someone interested in pursuing an entry-level career as a pastry chef or those who are looking to turn baking into something more than just a hobby.” said Bifulco.
