Sept. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- is streamlining its funding process. is revamping its funding process after it has secured new capital for pre-settled legal cases and loans to legal practices.  Over the course of the next two months will be streamlining its process to make funds available to their customers even faster.  The company plans on utilizing its newly opened East Coast office to focus on specific states and types of cases. CEO Charles Cocuzza stated "This is a complex industry.  We are able to fund a lot of types of pending lawsuits from product liability cases to bus accidents. Each type of lawsuit is different.  Each state has different requirements.  We believe if we have our offices focus on specific types of funding cases we can provide even faster results than we already do."

The new process will be transparent to the customers.  Mr Cocuzza claims "each of our offices will still handle all types of cases in any state. However, the paperwork and processing will be handled by a predetermined office based on the customer's state and the type of lawsuit."  The company feels by limiting the types of cases and states each back-office is handling it can provide their customers with the current value of their pending lawsuit faster than anyone in the industry.

The company expects the volume of customers looking for funding to increase over the next few months.  Mr Cocuzza stated "...with various drugs like Avandia and Kugel Mesh the big pharma cases are really piling up.  When you combine those with other cases like auto, bus and train accidents - it really will position us well to handle the wide array of funding that is needed."  With the added volume Mr Cocuzza plans on opening satellite offices around the country and possibly even Europe.  Each office will specialize in various funding cases while being able to handle any paperwork for local cases, if needed. Mr Cocuzza concluded by stating "we are always looking for innovative ways to stay ahead of the competition.  We are even considering hiring several bilingual customer service representatives as the funding business expands globally."

The company expects to receive and equal amount of applications by phone and through their website
