RadNet Inc. , reported today that it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire five imaging centers in Northern New Jersey and a 50% equity interest in a sixth center from Progressive Health.  The company performed well today with gains of $0.24 and 12.6%.  RDNT is a provider of high-quality, cost-effective diagnostic imaging services.
