Sept. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Mobile, Al – September 8, 2010 - MudBrick Media and Adam Taylor have joined forces to create a powerful song and video about the oil spill disaster -- an homage to the Gulf of Mexico, and fundraiser for Gulf charities still very much in need of assistance.

“Deepwater” is an edgy, soulful ballad, that drives home the powerful emotions evoked from the death and destruction felt by Gulf residents – and the world.

“All of us at MudBrick Media have friends and family affected by this disaster.” Says Jason Harsany, MudBrick Media Marketing Director. “We felt a strong need to help by doing what we do best (making music videos), and giving the profits to local Gulf Charities.”

With poignant lyrics such as “tried to patch the wounds they made with stockings filled with hair” and “salt water rainbows, the south is rising”, Deepwater combines expressions of anger over the destruction with hope in the recovery efforts.

$1 from every download of this emotionally driven oil spill anthem will go directly to wildlife and environmental charities assisting those in need all along the Gulf Coast.

“People want to help in any way possible.” Harsany says. “By downloading this video, they’ll be doing their part in assisting us in helping the people, wildlife and places deeply affected the by this tragedy – and have a moving and memorable piece in their collection.”

Thanks for helping spread the word – one click at a time.
