Follow on Google News | K 2010 set to reveal industrial heating innovations from Infrared Heaters Experts Ceramicx and FreekInfrared heating experts Ceramicx and Freek have put finishing touches to their joint exhibition at K show 2010 where they hope to unveil the latest innovations in infrared heating technology for the plastics industry.
By: Frank Wilson This triannual event held at the Messe in Dusseldorf in Germany and running concurrently from Wednesday 27th October to 3rd November promises to be a great show with many top companies keeping their best and latest innovations for the plastics industry wrapped up before unveiling them here for the first time. And both Ceramicx and Freek are companies that are keen to highlight and showcase a variety of the advancements they have both made in their respective fields of heating technology for the plastics industry. As Ceramicx founder Frank Wilson says ‘we realise full well that much of the plastics sector has been waiting until K 2010 in order to review the latest that plastics technology can offer.” One of the many areas that Ceramicx Ireland hope to highlight further is their noted infrared heating solutions and machine retrofits and their engineering expertise in this area that they have continually developed for the plastics thermoforming industry, all of which have been helping this sector to put the profit back into thermoforming processors. At the Kshow Ceramicx will also be showing a full range of infrared heaters, all available for purchase, which now, thanks to recent developments at the manufacturing plant are all fully traceable. While Ceramicx will be showcasing advancements in their range of infrared heaters and infrared heating technology their exhibiting partner Freek will show an extensive product range at K 2010 covering most heating bases when it comes to issues of injection moulding heating, hot runners and other systems as well as highlighting their work in shape memory alloys, ThermoLock and ThermoDrive. Ceramicx and Freek are not afraid of using latest technology in other areas as well and Ceramicx will show all of their products and services on offer in a newly commissioned HD digital film at the show. As well as the HD film the Ceramicx/Freek stand will also provide visitors with a live materials testing system that will demonstrate the heating effects different heaters have on different kinds of plastics. This along with Freeks notebook based TIM IR camera system which shows off the benefits of heating mean that the Ceramicx/Freek exhibition will be a very informative event in itself for the plastics industry. Wilson of Ceramicx and Kaiser of Freek both agree that the plastics industry has much to look forward to in Dusseldorf in late October. As Wilson notes, ‘ ‘For anyone involved in processing and heat work, our joint stand will be big on practicality and provability: For a more indepth story of the Ceramicx and Freek exhibition collaboration checkout http://www.ceramicx.com/ End
