Orange County Native Continues Her Successful Career At Pacific Shores
Delinda Huey has just been named community sales manager for The Bungalows at Pacific Shores in Huntington Beach.
Born and raised in Orange County by Chinese immigrants, Delinda has just been named community sales manager for The Bungalows at Pacific Shores, Christopher Homes' luxury gated community just three blocks from the beach in Huntington Beach. The Bungalows, the first of two Pacific Shores neighborhoods, is slated to open in late October, and prospective buyers can register their interest by visiting http://pacificshoreshb.com or calling 714-960-2900.
As the oldest of five children, Delinda was the first of her generation to earn a four-year college degree, a bachelor's in business administration from Cal State Fullerton. She continued working at the family grocery store while attending college. After graduation, she pursued a variety of business-oriented jobs before deciding to obtain her real estate license. That led to more than 10 years in resale real estate and 12-plus years in new-home sales. The Bungalows will be her fourth assignment for Christopher Homes, which she has represented since 2002. During her career, she has won numerous quarterly sales awards from the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California and has been a finalist for that organization's prestigious MAME Awards.
With prices to be anticipated from the mid-$500,000s to the mid-$800,000s, the Bungalows at Pacific Shores will offer impressively spacious two- and three-story townhomes ranging from approximately 1,480 to over 2,600 square feet, including two to five bedrooms. Many plans will feature a large third-floor space with the flexibility to be used either as a bedroom with a private bath and loft, or as a super bonus room spanning more than 500 square feet. Creating a custom-like ambiance, architecture will include a mix of Spanish, Andalusian, Coastal Cottage and Plantation styles.
The prospect of living within walking distance of the beach is just one of the attractions that are boosting Pacific Shores' appeal. There are no Mello Roos special tax assessments and the community will also be enhanced by an inviting public park and a prime location that is just minutes from Huntington Beach's vibrant downtown, which abounds with shops, restaurants and night life. Also nearby are the world-renowned Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve and Huntington Beach's excellent public schools.
