Khoa Le kicks of his first year in filmmaking with an award winning short film titled "Denial"

Sept. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- It looks as if Khoa Le's streak of success in filmmaking is becoming more of a reality than just a dream. "Denial" wins "Best Suspense" at the "New York International Film Festival". It's a major leap towards success as a Producer and Director coming from no filmmaking experience.

He said: "I have to be greatful for the times we live in as new technology made this all possible. With the new technology, it enables the unknown to have a voice in the industry. In the past, equipment was too expensive. You had to work at a studio or be rich to get hold of good equipment to shoot quality movies. Of course you had to have talent too. But now, it's not about the equipment, it's about being creative and acquiring the skills to tell your story."

Khoa Le is looking to be apart of the major film festivals such as Cannes, Sundance, Tribeca, and etc. He is looking to get his feature film funded. He said: "If finding the funding is taking too long, I'll have to figure out another way to make my feature film happen. Either way, it's going to get done by next year!"
