Teranex Motion Compensated Frame Rate Conversion Unveiled at IBC 2010

Sept. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Teranex will showcase original and MC–FRC processed images at IBC in Amsterdam in stand 13.C46.

As the world shrinks and broadcasters increasingly share content from around the globe, the need for high quality frame rate conversion is increasing.  Motion compensated standards conversion will be available for the VC120 Product in 2011,  merging the highest quality frame rate conversion with  Teranex renowned format conversion and frame synchronization on the reprogrammable VC120.  Motion Compensated Frame Rate Conversion (MC-FRC) is well suited to fast moving horizontal pans and images as is often seen in various sports venues.  The increasing diversity of audiences for events like the World Cup require high quality images with smooth motion and Teranex is there to answer that need, around the world, in multiple formats and frame rates.
