Sept. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Talwar and Talwar Consultants, a leading IP and Legal Services Consulting firm recently announced the setting up of its Taiwan Delivery Center.
Through this delivery center, the firm will add to its Chinese and multilingual Patent search, filing and translation capabilities.
