Larry Castro unveils National Fitness Program with Performance Lifestyle Channel, Golf Fitness M

Sept. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- San Diego, CA,  September 4 2010– Today, Larry Castro area launches a national fitness program called the “Performance Lifestyle System” to the youth of America.  In conjunction with PLCTV.Com he will provide video training highlighting healthy eating as well as active lifestyles.  Yesterday, Larry Castro signed agreements with several fitness organizations to provide complimentary services for schools around the country with an emphasis on both good nutrition and physical fitness.

“This has been a passion of mine to provide a dynamic program that helps kids develop a lifelong performance lifestyle” Larry Castro, founder said.  “This year we’re implementing programs on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition in our effort to help combat childhood obesity in this country and I am grateful to the athletes, organizations, trainers and nutrition experts who are volunteering their time to help make a difference.”
