CareerEncore Principal Courtney Homer Recognized as Vice Chair of TechExecs Network's Boston Chapter

Sept. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- TechExecs announced Courtney Homer, Principal of CareerEncore, a boutique recruiting firm focused on the Greater-Boston high-tech industry, as a new Vice Chair of  the organization's Boston Chapter. Founder and CEO of TechExecs, Anthony Huang, welcomed Homer via posts to Twitter and the organization's internal social network.

Under Homer’s leadership, CareerEncore was founded in 2006 and has since placed hundreds of Boston’s most talented professionals. Following an exclusive hiring partnerships with CareerEncore, two of the firm’s key clients achieved noteworthy acquisitions.

Prior to CareerEncore, Homer was a founding member of a leading search firm's Technology Division. During her tenure, Courtney grew the Division's revenue 20-fold to $2.9M, while personally generating 25% of the Division revenue. Homer's professional background includes over a decade of experience in the high-tech industry and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
